The Leftist Global Utopia
Another name for Utopia might be “perfectville.” Leftists serenade us with John Lennon’s song, “Imagine,” to inspire us to join their Communist ambitions. They want the perfect society, heaven on earth but there are plenty of disconnects in how Christians and Leftists see that manifesting. Let us consider a few.
First, we agree that heaven will come to earth, but the name of that city is not “Utopia.” It is New Jerusalem. This name immediately introduces the second disconnect.
Second, New Jerusalem is the Bible’s name for Zion, the city of God (Yahweh). The Bible teaches us that there will be a new heavens and a new earth (Is 65–66; Rev 21–22), following the just destruction of the present ones. The Judge of the heaven and earth (Gen 18:25), who is also the Judge of the living and the dead (Acts 10:42; 2 Tim 4:1; 1 Pet 4:5), is King Jesus Christ.
Third, global elites, who are investing billions of dollars in their quest for Utopia have zero interest in God’s anointed and reigning King of glory (Ps 24). In fact, they possess the spirit of Antichrist (1 Jn 4:3). They desire heaven without Christ. In this, we remember Babel of Genesis 11. Simply put, there is no new thing under the sun (Eccl 1:9).
Fourth, the failed endeavors of Marxism (Karl Marx) have been plentiful, but the god of this world, Satan, has blinded the minds of the progressive elitists (2 Cor 4:4). They rage against the Son of God (Ps 2), in their hatred for Him (Jn 7:7; Rom 1:30) and His church in the world (Jn 15:18–19). They will not have the God-man to rule over them (Lk 19:14).
Fifth, the utopian worldview is not secular. It is spiritual and religious. Demons inspire idolatry (Rev 9:20). Utopianism is a religion. Its original sin is “whiteness,” and its salvation is “wokeness.” Failure to repent to this new religion will subject you to the charge of being an “atheist.”
The promise of Satan is that you, too, shall be gods (Gen 3:5). In other words, men lust to be God. They want possessions, power, and authority to control others. Invariably, they are sexual deviants, which is why they want to destroy the nuclear family of God’s design. Grooming children for pedophilia is already in the public education system. It is prominent in the human trafficking industry. All of this will be normalized in the new world order once the great reset has been deemed successful.
Sixth, the economy of those who achieve one-party totalitarian control (see China and California, Oregon, and Washington state) is to steal from the working middle class and redistribute the wealth to the voting poor. It is not a mystery to anyone that corrupt politicians get fabulously wealthy by selling their power and influence to those who have their own ambitious schemes for becoming human deities. The word here is, “cronyism.” It is the epitome of corruption.
Seventh, the leftist global elites must first deconstruct the status quo. In the United States the aspiring globalists subtly destroy the institutions that made America a great nation. The elites have their henchmen in Black Lives Matter and Antifa terrorists. With every political gyration in American history, there is an ever-greater power grab by the global elite (Democratic Party). They hide their hatred for the United States by pacifying the masses of people with free hand outs (which wins votes and keeps people home from a plethora of jobs, when not filled, will ruin the small business owners who cannot stay open). Skyrocketing national debt is irrelevant because that only serves as one pillar of destruction.
Eighth, racial, civil war is another pillar of destruction (ie. Asian hate crimes; white flight; forced reparations; Black Lives Matter; Critical Race Theory; etc.). Ironically, the race activists demand more than passivity from Americans. One must be an “anti-racist activist” to be tolerated. If one makes a public faux pas in acceptable terminology, there is no forgiveness in this new religion. Everyone runs the risk of being “cancelled” by order of the leftist elites.
The ideology of equality (everyone crosses the finish line together) means that equity must be enforced (we are all in this together). Stealing from the productive work force (taxation), in order to give to the unproductive citizenry (legal or illegal) is a major tenet for Communists. The obvious outcome is a serious loss of productivity.
Workers are not becoming gods like their elitist overlords, however, so they stop producing. Far from disturbing the elitists, this actually removes the threat of competition. The productive are lulled into passivity and they join the ranks of the easily manipulated plebeians.
Everyone is happy they are not working, and of course, this means they are getting fat and lazy while spending their government stimulus checks, which buy less and less in each city’s new cultural arts safe space, due to hyper-inflation. Property ownership is, of course, discouraged. This is global Communism, not just national or regional. The attempt at Utopia is greater than ever. With technology, all things are possible.
Ninth, from the orchestrated destruction of cities and “wild west” race warfare comes the slogan, “build back better.” The leftist global elites will take the best economy America has ever had…destroy it, in order to build back better. In this, the elitists position themselves as invaluable messiahs to every industry. The current “crisis” in the oil industry was not there just a couple months ago, when we paid $1.99 per gallon. Today, the price for me, locally, is $3.23. Government control of the oil industry will soon be warranted under this current scheme. One might ask why people cannot see the Communist machinations?
Tenth, propagating destruction through divisiveness and death (ie. abortion, war, defund the police, etc.) the leftists have gained control of education and the media. As freedoms are stripped from the American people, they play their video games, watch sports and movies, and become gluttons. They do not even protest media censorship, which is always a tactic of single party communism (see China).
Eleventh, China wants to rule the world. The great dragon nation has never hid their ambition. The rise of China, politically and economically, is dependent on the instability of the West. This includes the destruction of the U.S. dollar as the dominant global currency for transactions. Who is inflicting Marxist Communism on the United States, today? Look no further than the Chinese Communist Party.
Twelfth, what the Communists need is instability, so they might become gods of statist stability. In order to convince the people to trade their God-given personal freedoms in, for state-sponsored freedoms (which are actually slavery to the state), they must create fictitious crises that only organized government response can resolve (ie. Climate emergency — yes, they changed the name again!).
Thirteenth, as the Covid-19 (China Virus) dissipates, the media has already been informed by the elites that a new push for climate alarmism is in play. This is to keep people in a constant state of fear. Fear solidifies peoples’ allegiance to dependence in the government.
Fourteenth, the promise of the government is to keep you safe. Safetyism is a major propaganda tool of the global leftists. In order for them to have their best life now, they must have stability for themselves and the compliant, while making life miserable for the non-compliant. Who are the non-compliant, non-adherents to the Communist Utopian Religion?
Fifteenth, Christians are the enemies of the totalitarian statists on the political left. Christianity is an obstacle to the aspirations of the humanist utopians. The reason is that believers in Jesus will only bow the knee (show allegiance) to the King of kings and Lord of lords, Jesus Christ. It is the Spirit of Christ who exposes the evil ambitions of the new religion and its political ambitions.
Sixteenth, because the new, globalist, utopian religion is only another reproduction of devil-inspired usurpation of the throne of God in Christ, it is doomed to fail once again. The great dragon has reared its ugly head throughout biblical and human history. His quest has always been to destroy the chosen lady, the elect of God, the bride of Christ, and the true Messiah. This is part of our Christian hope. Jesus Christ has overcome the world at the Cross, and once the full number of His elect has been added to His church, then He will come again in judgment (Mt 24–25; Mk 13; Lk 21; 1 Thess 4:13–5:11; Rev 19:11–21).
Seventeenth, Christians are given the biblical charge to resist the devil (Jas 4:7) and to expose evil (Eph 5:11). The godless, globalist, communist, utopian religion is Antichrist (see 2 Thess 2). It is open rebellion against King Jesus, and He will soon crush the head of the serpent, as promised (Gen 3). We expose the dark domain of the devil deceiver, by shining the Light on the deluded and their dirty, diabolical deeds done to dominate the world.
Finally, it is the Spirit of God employing the Word of God that is the Light. Let us separate ourselves from the new leftist globalist religion and form our resistance, for the dark days of their progressive advance against the kingdom of God. May God grant you, my dear reader, the faith that overcomes the world in this present evil age, even to the end of the age. Amen.
